Build software people learn and engineer with.

We are building three products for mechanical engineers: the AI-CAD Engineering Platform, a large language model for mechanical engineering, and datasets for training CAD AI. The work is in computational geometry, machine learning, engineering data and product design.

01Why Bluecoderhub

Built from Chennai

Designing for engineering teams globally. Remote-friendly for the roles it fits.

02Principles in practice

How we operate.

Engineering-first

Most of us are engineers, and we build for people who do our kind of work. A feature goes on the roadmap when it fits how an engineer already works.

034 open roles

What we are hiring for.

Every role is owned end-to-end. Read the whole posting before you apply.

Founding Engineer, CAD Kernel

EngineeringFull-timeChennai / Remote-friendly5+ years

Own the geometry and the constraint solver behind the AI-CAD platform. You will design the sketch-constraint interface, decide whether to build on an existing kernel or write our own primitives, and make sure every model the platform produces can be manufactured.

Full posting

What you will do

  • Design the sketch and feature tool surface the copilot calls
  • Build the constraint-solver integration and topology inspector
  • Instrument silent failure modes (degenerate faces, non-manifold edges)
  • Partner with the AI team on the neural-symbolic loop
  • Define what a shippable geometry output looks like

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years shipping CAD, EDA, CAE, or graphics kernels
  • Fluency in a boundary-representation kernel (Parasolid, ACIS, OCCT)
  • Comfort reading academic geometry papers and turning them into code
  • Track record of numerically-robust engineering (epsilons, tolerances, degeneracies)

Founding Engineer, AI Systems

EngineeringFull-timeChennai / Remote-friendly4+ years

Own the copilot's AI runtime end to end. You will design the agent loop, structure prompts for cache efficiency, build the eval harness before we build features, and make sure the solver that checks geometry always overrules the model that proposes it.

Full posting

What you will do

  • Design and maintain the agent runtime, tool dispatcher, and budget guardrails
  • Build a real evaluation harness before shipping user-facing features
  • Measure cost, latency and correctness on every release
  • Own the neural-symbolic loop with the CAD kernel engineer
  • Choose when to defer to a stronger model and when to route to a smaller one

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years shipping AI products that real users depend on
  • Deep familiarity with agent runtimes, tool use, and structured outputs
  • Fluency in prompt caching and inference cost economics
  • Willingness to build the boring evaluation infrastructure first

Product Designer, Design Tools

DesignFull-timeChennai / Remote-friendly3+ years

Design how an AI assistant works inside a CAD tool. You will decide how sketches, suggestions and confidence indicators look and respond, within the tight response times a design tool needs.

What you will do

  • Design the copilot's interaction surface end to end
  • Prototype latency-aware micro-interactions and streaming states
  • Build and maintain the studio's design system
  • Partner with engineering on the three-tier responsive architecture

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years designing complex professional tools (CAD, EDA, IDE, DAW, design systems)
  • Fluency with tokens, motion, and system-level UI patterns
  • Experience designing for engineers or other professional users
  • A portfolio with two or three projects shown in depth

Mechanical Design Consultant

ProductPart-time / ContractRemote5+ years

Teach the assistant what a machinist would tell you on the phone. You will help us write down process knowledge from DFM handbooks and shop-floor experience, and check the AI's output as the engineer who has to manufacture the part.

What you will do

  • Review AI-generated geometries against real manufacturing constraints
  • Encode DFM rules for milling, molding, casting, and additive processes
  • Sit in on user research with mechanical design teams
  • Help write the domain sections of the eval set

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years professional mechanical design experience
  • Strong DFM instincts across at least two manufacturing processes
  • Willingness to work part-time with a small AI-first team
