Terms of Service

These terms describe how you may use bluecoderhub.com and any product surfaces we make available on it.

01Acceptable use

  • Use the site lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Do not use the newsletter, waitlist, or contact forms to distribute unsolicited commercial content or malware.
  • Applications must be your own work and accurately reflect your experience.

02Content and intellectual property

  • All research posts, product copy, and visual assets on this site are owned by Bluecoderhub Private Limited unless attributed otherwise.
  • You may quote short passages for personal, educational, or journalistic use with attribution and a link back to the original.
  • You may not republish full posts, use our marks, or claim endorsement without written permission.

03Product early access

  • Early access to the AI-CAD Engineering Platform is offered free of charge and at our discretion. Product-specific terms apply when you accept an invitation, including confidentiality where relevant.
  • We may change, limit, or withdraw early access at any time.

04Payments and refunds

  • Nothing is sold on this site today: there are no paid plans, no checkout, and no fees of any kind on bluecoderhub.com.
  • If anyone asks you to pay for something in Bluecoderhub’s name, do not pay, and report it through the contact form.
  • How refunds will work once subscriptions and enterprise licences launch is set out in our Refund Policy.

05Third-party assets and licences

  • Typefaces: Archivo and IBM Plex Mono, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and served from our own servers.
  • Icons: Feather, used under the MIT licence.
  • All other visual assets are owned by or licensed to Bluecoderhub Private Limited.

06Disclaimers

  • The site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep information accurate, but do not warrant that every research post reflects the most current state of the field.
  • Nothing on this site is engineering, legal, financial, or medical advice.

07Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

08Changes

  • We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date.
This notice is written in plain English to describe how Bluecoderhub currently handles data on this site. It is not a substitute for the reviewed legal document that will replace it before commercial launch.
