Questions people ask first.
Can I use your products today?
Not yet. All three are in development and none has been released. Choose "Early access" in the form below and tell us which product you want to try. Early access is free.
How long until someone replies?
Two working days for general questions, early access and partnerships. Security reports are acknowledged within 5 working days. Requests about your data are answered within 30 days.
How do I get a copy of my data, or have it deleted?
Choose "My data" as the topic and say what you want. We check that the request comes from you before we send or delete anything. There is no charge.
I found a security problem. Where do I send it?
Use the "Security vulnerability report" topic. Include the URL, the steps to reproduce it and what an attacker could do with it. The Security page lists what is in scope.
Do you take payments on this site?
No. Nothing on bluecoderhub.com costs money today, and none of our products is on sale yet.
Can I apply for a job through this form?
Please use the form on the Careers page instead. It asks for the role and lets you attach a PDF CV, so your application reaches the right person.
